- Personalized Volunteer Recruitment and Matching: RSVP staff will work closely with stations to find the best match through development of volunteer position descriptions, recruitment efforts, placements and addressing any issues/concerns.
- Let us help you recognize your volunteers! RSVP is dedicated to recognizing our volunteers and holds annual volunteer appreciation day as a way to recognition all our volunteers and say“Thank You” for all the time they invest in their community. Station representatives are also part of the volunteer appreciation day celebration.
- Volunteer Insurance: RSVP Volunteers are covered through free supplemental insurance for personal injury during travel between their homes and places of assignment, during volunteer service, and while attending project sponsored activities.
- RSVP Communications: RSVP volunteers will receive RSVP quarterly newsletters. The newsletters inform volunteers of RSVP events and provide a way for RSVP to celebrate their volunteers.
