Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program’s (RSVP’s) grant from Carroll County is a non-repayable fund provided by the county government to RSVP for support of our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program and Meals on Wheels Volunteer Delivery Program for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans in Carroll County. This grant is aimed at localized, targeted impact. 

​NHDOT 5310 
The NHDOT 5310 Grant (Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities) program provides federal funding to improve transportation for seniors and people with disabilities in New Hampshire.
