This update of Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP’s) Transit’s Title VI Program has been prepared to ensure that the level and quality of RSVP’s Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program is provided in a nondiscriminatory manner and that the opportunity for full and fair participation is offered to RSVP’s riders and other community members.
